Designers like myself understand corporate strategy. Designers who are involved in defining that strategy can understand their company’s goals and expectations for the launch of a new product or the implementation of a new feature. Without it, it’s the same as not knowing the end user. That knowledge help solve problems.
The key principle for maximizing the user experience is to employ iterative design, which progressively refines the design through evaluation from the early stages of design. The evaluation steps enable the designers and developers to incorporate user and client feedback until the system reaches an acceptable level of usability.

Achieving these solutions in the design of technology products and/or e-business applications requires resources such as published research, following guidelines and standards, and involving users throughout the design process. Experience design is a user-centered process that provide guidelines for achieving these compelling designs.
